8mplay Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 8mplay ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the 8mplay website, mobile application, games, and all related services.

By registering an account on 8mplay, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 8mplay, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be accessing 8mplay from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an 8mplay employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed 8mplay account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 8mplay. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at 8mplay's discretion.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 8mplay account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential and ensuring that no other person has access to your account. 8mplay will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

You must notify 8mplay support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8mplay cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• Do not share your account login with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 8mplay account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to 8mplay support immediately.

All transactions and bets placed through your account are your responsibility. 8mplay is not liable for bets placed by a third party who has gained access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

4 Deposits & Payments

8mplay accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile financial services available to players in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your 8mplay wallet within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. 8mplay is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8mplay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

• Deposits must come from accounts registered in your own name.
• 8mplay does not charge deposit fees. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.
• 8mplay reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear suspicious or fraudulent.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 8mplay are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different account or payment method without completing an additional verification step.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes. 8mplay does not charge withdrawal fees.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: ৳50,000 per day unless otherwise approved.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name.
• Active bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully completed.
• 8mplay reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your 8mplay account automatically upon qualifying deposit or action.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been depleted.
• 8mplay reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the account suspended.
• Wagering contributions vary by game — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.
• Bonuses expire after 7 days if wagering requirements are not met within that period.

Voucher codes available through the 8mplay Voucher page are subject to their own individual terms. Always check the specific conditions of each voucher before claiming. Vouchers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on 8mplay — including Bingo, European Blackjack, Teen Patti, Basketball betting, Dinosaur Tycoon, and all other titles in the lobby — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by 8mplay staff or systems beyond the certified RNG.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 8mplay is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted gameplay caused by the player's internet connection or device.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• 8mplay reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious errors in odds or game settings.
• In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the result recorded in 8mplay's server logs is considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8mplay. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on 8mplay.
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or deposit.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with 8mplay games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the 8mplay platform.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access 8mplay systems beyond your authorised account access.

9 Responsible Gaming

8mplay does not permit players who have self-excluded to re-register. Any attempt to create a new account after self-exclusion will result in the new account being closed and any deposits returned.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

8mplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward 8mplay staff.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is resolved. 8mplay will aim to complete investigations within 14 working days and will communicate the outcome to your registered email address.

11 Limitation of Liability

8mplay provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8mplay shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults or service interruptions beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain security.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
